📦 Orders, Shipping & Delivery

How long do orders take to ship?

Shipping times vary depending on the type of product in your order:

  • Winrz Club Apparel (POD): Ships in 4–8 business days

  • Player Lifestyle Apparel (Curated / Dropship): Ships in 5–10 business days

  • Training Equipment & Sideline Gear: Ships in 3–7 business days

  • Accessories & Small Items: Typically 3–6 business days

Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages.


Do you offer rush shipping?

Some items qualify for expedited shipping depending on supplier availability.
If you need gear before a tournament weekend, contact us at support@winrzclub.com and we’ll help if possible.


How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
You can also use our Track Your Order page to follow your package at any time.


Why did I receive my items in multiple packages?

We work with several fulfillment partners to bring you the best travel-ball gear.
Because of this, items may ship separately, especially when combining apparel, parent essentials, and training equipment.


Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but it’s coming soon.
For now, Winrz Club ships anywhere within the United States.


🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Issues

What is your return policy?

  • Winrz Club Apparel (POD): Made-to-order items → eligible for replacements if defective or incorrect

  • Curated Apparel: 30-day return window (unused, unwashed, tags attached)

  • Training Equipment: 30-day return or replacement for defects

  • Parent Necessities: Return eligibility varies by item; contact support

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.


Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Exchanges are available for:

  • Curated apparel

  • Most training or parent gear

POD apparel (Winrz Club branded) is made-to-order, but we can still help if sizing is off — contact us for personalized support.


An item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

Email us at support@winrzclub.com within 7 days with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • What you were expecting

We’ll fix it ASAP.

  • Player Lifestyle Apparel: Curated from trusted baseball/softball lifestyle brands

  • Training & Parent Gear: Sourced from vetted suppliers used across the travel-ball community


Do you restock sold-out items?

Some do, some don’t:

  • Winrz Club Apparel: Usually restocked regularly

  • Curated Apparel: Limited stock depending on partner availability

  • Fan Favorites: Often restocked because demand is high

📸 Athlete Highlights & Community

How do I get my athlete featured?

You can upload a highlight directly using our Submit Your Video page.
Make sure your video:

  • Is clear

  • Shows a clean play or skill

  • Includes athlete name & team (optional)

We feature players across all ages and skill levels.


Do I need permission to submit videos?

Yes. When submitting, you confirm you have the right to share the footage.
Parents/guardians should approve video submissions for minors.


How often do you feature players?

Multiple times per week.
Winrz Club is built on real athletes and real families — we love showcasing the travel-ball community.

Do you offer discounts or team pricing?

Yes — teams, clubs, and coaches can request custom quotes.

We’ll hook you up.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders can typically be canceled within the first 2 hours.
After that, production or fulfillment may already be underway.

Winrz Club is based in the United States and ships from multiple domestic fulfillment partners.
